This is an emerging pandemic and we are monitoring and following the most up-to-date recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Who we are
Veda Wound Care Of Texas is the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care. Wound care treatment is very important and more common than most people realize.
In fact, 1 in 4 families has a family member with a chronic wound. The impact on people and their loved ones is astounding, as a wound left untreated can lead to diminished quality of life and possible amputation of the affected limb.
Approximately 30 percent of untreated chronic wounds result in amputation, and five-years post-amputation the mortality rate is approximately 75 percent.
